The biggest challenge is recruitment efforts.  The success is having access to the tools to help one succeed by offering programs at no cost to help the individual be more prepared for their career and be able to get employed.

I have learned to speak up with my point of view and to listen to other points of view even if that is not what the other party wants to hear.

More research, more feedback. Gather all of the facts before starting acting on it.

Provide guidance to reach a goal by allowing them to draw to their own conclusion. Having the agenda done and ask for question be sent to me ahead of the meeting would help keep the meeting moving because I could bring up the question and discuss it at the right time in the agenda.

  I had respect for this leader because they were truthful and did not lie or try to play games and he respected you as a member of the team.
