Time to Promote Lifelong LearningShare:

Silvers declares that employees need to continue learning in order to keep up with the demands of the workforce. He cites that changing technology and working in agile environments as causes for this need. Silvers states that “Making learning accessible for working adults is essential for social mobility and economic progress”.

Employers establishing a lifelong learning program for all employees will allow for more workers to have access to economic opportunity.
