The biggest challenges are motivation of clients to see the need for learning and development to get the career they desire and on the partner side, having partners who are able to stay engaged in the process whether offering interviews, providing internships or hiring. Some of this is caused by high turn in some industries.

Communication is key in all circumstances and situations. When there are individuals who refuse to communicate or engage with others, it disrupts communication patterns and efficiencies. It becomes a challenge for all other team members as well as leaders. It's important as well to not allow this disruption to disrupt the quality of the team and the quality of output.
Critical thinking is important, but it is even more important to slow down and ensure steps are taken to get to right decisions. While this model is detailed and maybe even a bit overwhelming, it helps to slow down the process of making quick decisions.
Most important is the agenda, action items and then ensuring there is communication back with stakeholders about next steps.
The leader was able to bring together leaders who were influential in their field and create a way to hear those voices all in one room. Upon listening/hearing, bring in data and research to support and/or add to the discussion in a way that allowed for a unified approach to resolve a community issue.
