Largest challenge is getting key partners to commit and stay engaged.

The CEO and COO of my last job was so inspirational to me.  They were true heart leaders and knew the value of investing in individuals on their team not just investing in themselves or the organization. 

The Pandemic caused me to utilize critical thinking skills for sure, especially as a parent and navigating Working from home and being a mother.

There was a miscommunication between my coworker and I and after dissecting the catalyst, we both could have been clearer on expectations and outcomes.  We were able to get to the nucleus of the issue, but it took a work lunch and 2 hours to get it all hashed out.

While the pandemic's onset was now three years ago, there's a great deal of critical thinking that has to be done to navigate the world "opening back up" and getting back to the norm of how we work.  Communication will always be my go-to as we navigate new norms.
