The biggest challenge is client commitment. They want a change "now". They do not want to follow and trust the process. Keeping them engaged and committed to the end result is very difficult. 

With the ever changing job market, a current job analysis is necessary to keep abreast of what is needed. 

Job Analysis could help better prepare the people that we serve, to ensure that they're receiving the proper training to fit the labor market needs that exist in our area. Utilizing O'Net to help them discover their interests and how to transfer their skills is beneficial as well.
