Ali, is there an available update regarding the Partnerships course?

We have found that a particular partner has difficulty in making decisions and responding the agenda items and deadlines. We have attempted to alter the way we communicate messaging to reach these individuals but are still struggling. This leads to frustration and limited positive outcomes. I believe we may be better suited with clear, data-driven communication in the future with this partner.

One major struggle I have within the wheel is around thinking through implications and consequences and detailing them out. I have a tendency to want an answer to just appear and for agreement to be immediate. That's just not how the world works.

The leader was very transparent while also being open to ideas and feedback from stakeholders. She also made clear how the feedback was utilized and thanked the stakeholders when the feedback was implemented.

I need to take time and honestly dig into my strengths and areas for improvement - being fully transparent with myself and with my mentor. The best way to move forward will be to strip myself of self-interest and focus on becoming a better leader for others.
