For my region, using job analysis in analyzing the knowledge, skills and abilities of a job seeker are skills Employment Specialist currently use for job placement.

Reports detailing occupational rises and declines can give Employment Specialist the tools needed to help job seekers understand job outlooks and the skills needed for a desired career path.

I would research high ranking careers using market labor data, then obtain information on how to pursue and prepare for the careers.
