Our organization works with young adults and communicating with them presents a whole different set of challenges, but I believe our team works well to communicate with them.

Having been working virtually for the last 8 months due to the pandemic has caused our organization to employ critical thinking while dealing with our population (young adults).  This module was extremely helpful in that regard.

Planning ahead is absolutely necessary and knowing a little about your attendees is also helpful
