Client come to the center expecting the majority of their issues to be resolved immediately or in one setting. Some lose interest/focus in the mist of the process. Others are fearful of losing their benefits. Keeping the client engaged has also been an issue for some.

Send the agenda ahead of time; prepare to respond to individuals with different perspectives; listen to the different perspectives;  schedule a different meeting to address other topics outside of what's on the agenda

I'll need to continuously review goals and identify how I'm working toward meeting each of those goals. 

This information would be beneficial to many employers, especially those with open positions. In addition, it would be beneficial to job seekers searching for a specific career path. 

Also, the job analysis will allow employers to review if certain jobs overlap with responsibilities.
