Challenge:  Employers in some career path initiatives think we are a staffing agency and can have a whole host of candidates to them later that day

Success:  Builds awareness of both needs of workforce as well as needs/desires of various businesses for a successful recruitment campaign, solid pipeline, strong hires, continued support for upskilling and career path development and successful retention. 

There are going to be many challenges I anticipate once we return to the post-COVID workplace.

Setting expectations and outcomes, too often people are allowed to hijack meetings which lead to other issues.  

Truthful, respectful and also knew when it was time to move on from detractors.
