Job analysis will be most ideal in all regions especially due to the pandemic. Job analysis from previous years for the same industry will be completely different nowadays. It will be beneficial to all stakeholders so they can be more informed.

It would helped in matching my clients skills to the analyzed jobs in order to accurately place my clients. 

I will use information obtained from the local Workforce centers, the LMI Report, the ONET to determine the talent needs in my area.
