A) In my region, job analysis can help me determine which employer would best fit my Workforce Member. By using the job analysis data, I am able to better understand the needs and wants of the employers. I can also use this data to help me create a job fair that may cater to my specific population. 
B) We can communicate our placement numbers to our stakeholders so that they may see our progress.

Job analysis reports can help me determine what employer would best fit my participant. This type of data can help me better understand the type of environment my Workforce Member would be exposed to. This well help me determine the best type of job for my Workforce Members.

I would reach out to the store managers in Goodwill that cater to my specific population. I would then ask the managers if they are hiring, then I would inquire about the different jobs available in their stores. I would then reach out to different employers that may also cater to my specific population. I would inquire about the different jobs available. I would then gather this data and determine which employer would best fit my Workforce Member.

Inside Goodwill, we have a organization named EmployAbility. The director (Brandy) and coordinator (Gerard) are the individuals that will have data regarding our specific organization. We have a data expert that oversees all of Goodwill in Houston. Her name is Petrossi. I could also reach out to our partners in TWC to gather data regarding EmployAbility.
