they start the classes to succeed but don't finish them. 

the phrase communication is key still plays a major part in your private life and the corporate world. the more you communicate with your employees the more you learn about them and are able to get them more involved in what you do. 

COVID 19 and beyond at this point. We planned so much as time when on but we didn't plan what to do if we never went back to the normal. We have to plan on what to do with a workforce who is not interested in getting off the couch until they are at a critical stage which for the most part is way to late. we have to now change mindsets and not just keep having desire for someone who does not have the same desire as you do.

I sent the agenda a couple of days ahead and the influencers that came to the meeting used it to bring the worst out in the meeting because they prepared more than me and caught me off guard in the meeting. taught me not to show my hand ahead of time in my crucial meetings or ones where i needed the audience to be swayed in my direction.

This leader was successful in creating a one stop shop approach to non profits in our area by:
1. bringing people to the table that had the same mindset as him.
2. getting non-profits and for profits together that had a common bond and worked with the same clientel.
3. got a grant writer in the mix to look for grants to bring in  capital to help out the community and the group as a funding source.
